Communication between parents, students and faculty is important to everyone.

 When a concern arises, the procedure of contact is as follows:

1.      The first contact must be with the teacher.  The student or parent should contact the teacher to discuss the matter.

2.      If the concern is not resolved, a conference will be scheduled, which will include the parent(s),  teacher and counselor.

3.      If the concern remains unresolved, then a conference between parent(s), teacher, counselor and an administrator will be scheduled.
